2026 COD Exemplary Service Awards

The 2026 Washington State Co-Occurring Disorders and Treatment Conference Exemplary Service Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, collaboration, and leadership in substance use disorder and co-occurring disorder treatment and recovery services.
Award Categories:

• Promising Individual, New to the Field
• Innovative Program
• Recovery Advocate
These awards honor outstanding professionals, programs, consumers, volunteers, and community partners who are advancing treatment and recovery throughout Washington.
Thank you for your interest in nominating a professional or volunteer for the 2026 exemplary service awards. We appreciate your time and dedication to submitting nominee information.
Applications must include the attached Application Cover Sheet and as many additional pages necessary to provide the requested information. Keep in mind that the information you provide will be all that the review committee has to assess the nominee’s suitability for an Exemplary Award. Applications with missing or otherwise incomplete information will not be successful. Supporting documentation may be included (such as photographs, support letters, news articles, brochures or audio or videotapes). However, applications and supporting documentation will not be returned.
Nomination Deadline: September 18, 2026 (close of business)
Award Notification: By September 24, 2026 (via email)
Awards Ceremony: October 6, 2026, during the Washington State Co-Occurring Disorders and Treatment Conference in Yakima.
Nominations may be submitted electronically or by email.

Please note that the review committee will evaluate nominees based solely on the information provided, so applications should be complete and include any relevant supporting materials. Supporting documentation is optional.
